Privacy Policy

This policy covers browsing pages, reading documentation, and accessing downloads on clash44.com. The clients themselves, subscription services, and external websites are governed by their own applicable policies.

1. Data We Collect

This site provides client information and configuration documentation as static pages. It has no account registration, email subscriptions, or profile submission features. You can browse without providing your name, email address, phone number, or payment details. Do not send subscription URLs, node passwords, or access tokens through page addresses, query parameters, or other requests to this site.

Static pages still have to be delivered over a network. When you visit, hosting and network infrastructure may generate technical logs containing your IP address, request path, request time, response status, browser identifier, and referring page. These logs help deliver pages, diagnose errors, and handle unusual requests. Requests for files handled by a download proxy may generate similar logs.

This site does not read client configurations, connection logs, node lists, or proxy traffic from your device. Using a tutorial on this site does not automatically send client activity data to us.

2. Analytics and How We Use Data

We use analytics to understand how visitors read pages, navigate the site, and use download links. Depending on the analytics configuration enabled at deployment, data may include pages visited, referral category, device and browser type, visit time, and interactions such as switching platform tabs.

We use these records to find broken links, improve documentation structure, identify common device compatibility issues, and understand content needs. They do not determine whether visitors can read the documentation. A click on a download link records an interaction only; it does not confirm that a download was installed or that a client was used.

How long technical logs and analytics records are kept depends on the deployment configuration and the retention policies of the service infrastructure. This page does not promise a single retention period. Access should be restricted, and records should be used only as needed for operations and analysis.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

This site does not use session cookies for account sign-in. Whether analytics set cookies depends on the live configuration and browser restrictions; a static website does not necessarily avoid using cookies altogether.

Page tabs can use a fragment identifier in the URL to retain the selected platform or section. URL fragments are not sent with standard HTTP page requests, but page scripts can read them. Your browser may also cache stylesheets, fonts, and scripts to avoid downloading them again.

If a page feature uses local storage to save interface preferences, those settings are limited to the current browser and should not include subscription credentials. You can clear cookies, cache, and local storage, or restrict analytics scripts, in your browser's site settings. Clearing data may reset preferences and prevent some analytics from being recorded.

4. Downloads and Third-Party Links

Pages on this site link to client websites, app stores, and other external resources. When you visit them, those services may receive your IP address, browser information, and referrer information as determined by your browser settings, and handle it under their own policies. We do not manage sign-ins, payments, or account activity on external services.

Downloads may be routed through this site's download proxy or sent directly to an external address. Before installing, verify the publisher, supported operating system, and processor architecture, and review your operating system's security warnings. For permissions, diagnostic data, and network activity after a client starts, consult the documentation for that client.

Subscription services are operated independently by their providers. Do not submit subscription URLs containing personal credentials to unfamiliar online conversion or diagnostic services.

5. Policy Updates and Feedback

If we change analytics, page features, or integrations with external services, we will update the relevant information on this page and revise the date at the top. The updated policy applies to visits after publication. Significant changes to data handling will also be noted where the relevant feature is used.

You can manage local data and site permissions in your browser, or stop visiting to prevent future page requests. Clearing local data does not delete server records already created. For browsing or configuration issues, see the FAQ and user guide. Before troubleshooting, hide subscription credentials, node passwords, and personal network information.
